2. Supplementary balances (additional balance)
Supplementary balances are used for additional days off beyond statutory vacation. These are not created automatically when selecting a country.

4. Sick leave
Sick leave can be registered as a day entry or as a period. Registration in hours can be enabled if standard hours are configured.
In Switzerland, self-certified sick leave and medical certificates can be handled according to the companyโs practice.

5. Working hours and Time tracking
When Switzerland is selected, no time tracking method is activated automatically. The administrator must manually choose between:
Time tracking without hour bank
Time tracking with hour bank
