Notifications
Approver: Notification
When employees register sick. An SMS notification is sent the the approver.

A free text SMS message sent on the first sick day registered during a period.
βΉοΈ It could include instructions regarding your sick leave policy.

Fixed paid staff and hourly paid staff
Different absence codes or rates for different staff groups.

Register sick hours?
Step 1) If one or more employee groups must be able to register sick leave in hours, this is activated on the employees' policy.

Step 2) When sick hours are activated on the policy, Official work hours must also be activated.

Step 3) Employees can now use the access to register sick in hours |

π If an employee tries to register sick hours on a day off, the employee will be informed and the registration will be blocked.
Days off can be weekends, public holidays, days without official working hours or custom registration types created as a day off. |

Max number of paid sick days per year?
If a max number of sick days per year is saved to the policy. If the registered sick days exceed the number the sick registration is blocked. |
