💁 Use this method for employee groups that do not have a fixed work schedule.
You can also disconnect official work hours from a policy
Use this method for hourly paid staff with no fixed roster plan or for fixed paid staff who must have an hour bank solution without official work hour management.
Setup net hours per day
Net hours for an employee group
Open the "Working Week" tab on a policy.
Select the standard hours method: Enter only net hours per workday
💁 Net hours entered on a policy is automatically valid for all employees connected to the policy.
Net hours per employee
Open the "Working week" tab on the employee's master data card:
💁 Net hours entered on the employee's master data card overwrites the standard net hours entered on the employee's policy.
💁 On the master data card, the net hours can vary between even and odd weeks.
Max plus hours per day
ℹ️ Only flextime
Open the "Working week" tab on a policy, or the employees master data card.
💁 The hours entered in "Max plus hours" decides how many hours can maximum be earned a day in the hour bank. See registration message here!
History on standard working hours
If the standard working hours are changed, the historical standard hours applied to previously saved registrations is retained.
The new standard hours are therefore only valid for new registrations that are created.

Flexitime
💁 Flexitime uses net hours to settle working time to the hour bank with the day's plus or minus hours. |

Time off
Time off - full day
💁 A full day time off is converted to today's net hours. For example 7.5 hours. |

Time off - hours from/to
💁 Time off hours are settled directly to the hour bank. There is no restriction on from/to time. Employees must therefore know when the working day starts and ends. |

Absence
Other vacation - day(s)
💁 A whole other vacation day is converted to today's net hours. For example 7.5 hours. |

Other vacation - hours
💁 Other vacation hours are settled directly to the hour bank balance for other vacation. There is no restriction on from/to time. Employees must therefore know when the working day starts and ends. |

Sick hours
💁 If sick hours are activated, hours are converted to days in the employee's statistics.
Conversely, a full sick day can be settled in hours when standard net hours are established. |
