If your company is connected to Microsoft Azure AD, the Setup Admin role should not do anything. The off-boarding process is automated!
When an employee is terminated in your central user administration (Active Directory), the employee is automatically terminated in BitaBIZ:
The employee becomes inactive with a date of termination.
The employee will be removed as a user from BitaBIZ.
However, the employee's master data and registrations have not been deleted and the employee can be reactivated via your Active Directory.
The employee will be removed from your active user list.

To view inactive employees, click "Show inactive employees"

In relation to termination, there may be a need to follow up on employee registration.
The Payroll Admin role has access to inactive employees' calendars.
Click: Payroll Admin -> Employee -> Calendar access
