Employee without payroll number
If an employee is missing a payroll number, it can cause issues during payroll processing, as the employee cannot be correctly included in the payroll export.
Therefore, it is important to ensure that all employees have a payroll number before payroll processing.
How to find employees who are missing a payroll number
Go to:
Payroll Admin → Employees → Edit payroll no. etc.
Use the search field and type: “missing”
The system will now show employees with missing data
This may include:
Payroll number
Employment date
Policy assigned to the profile
This way, you can quickly get an overview of missing information.
Update payroll number
Click Edit for the relevant employee
Enter payroll number
Save changes
Repeat for all employees who are missing a payroll number.
