Use BitaBIZ from your mobile

BitaBIZ on Your Mobile

When you add BitaBIZ to your mobile, you can register your time and more when you're away from your PC.

To download the mobile app, open your App Store and search for "bitabiz".

  1. Click "MY SETTINGS & APPS" in the main menu on the web portal.

  2. Enter your mobile number and click "Send SMS". BitaBIZ will send you an SMS with a link to your BitaBIZ app:


The BitaBIZ mobile app makes it easy to register, share, and report your status from your phone. For example, when you register as sick, your manager is notified directly and your calendar is updated with your absence status—so your colleagues can also see that you are Out of Office.


FAQ

I can't see my registrations in the calendar in the mobile app

Usually, you just need to log out and back into your app. That should solve the problem.


If you haven't updated your app to the latest version, that could also be the reason.


If the above doesn't fix the issue, you can delete the app completely and download it again from your app store.

Note: If you specifically can't see work hours/standard hours in the team calendar, it's usually due to the setup of official work hours. Read more about the team calendar here.

I can't log in to my mobile app

We recommend you do the following:

  1. Which login method does your company use?
    a) Single sign-on (SSO) or b) Manual password entry?

    1. If your company uses SSO login, follow this guide: SSO login.

      Note that when your company uses SSO login, your BitaBIZ password is the same as the one you use to log in to your PC, etc. You therefore can't change your BitaBIZ password from BitaBIZ.

    2. If SSO login is not enabled, you need to enter your email and the password you created for your BitaBIZ profile. Please note that password entry is case sensitive—the first character you enter may by default be capitalized.

      If you can't remember your password, you can create a new one.

  2. Make sure you are logging in with the email address your BitaBIZ profile was created with. If you're unsure, your administration can provide your BitaBIZ email address.

  3. If the above doesn't solve your login problem, try deleting the app and reinstalling it from your APP store.

  4. Recommendation: Enable biometric login. That way, you won't have to worry about remembering your password. Follow this guide!
