Biometric Login
If you have enabled biometric login on your mobile, you can use this method to log in to your BitaBIZ mobile app.
What is Biometric Login?
With biometric login enabled on your phone, you can access your BitaBIZ app without entering your username and password.
You’ll be logged in automatically when you open the app, either using Face ID or Fingerprint authentication.
The method you use depends on your phone:
iPhone - Face ID
Android - Fingerprint
Enable Face ID for your BitaBIZ iOS (iPhone) app
Log in to your BitaBIZ iOS app with your username & password.
Tap "My settings" (your name).
Enable biometric login.
ℹ️ The BitaBIZ iOS app only supports Face ID login!
Enable Fingerprint for your BitaBIZ Android app
Log in to your BitaBIZ Android app with your username & password.
Tap "My settings" (your name).
Enable biometric login.
