If a report does not show the expected data, it is often because:

active filters
incorrect registration type
missing or changed approval status
the employee is using a different time registration solution
the data is in a different report than expected
the employee has changed policy or department
The report library is not used to mark registrations as payroll processed. Use Payroll Export when registrations need to be exported to the payroll system and included in payroll processing.
