Access to the people page, reminder on birthdays

What is the "People" page?

The People page is used for sharing contact information within your company.

The following personal data is displayed if saved in an employee's master data card:

  • Name

  • Jobtitle

  • Department

  • Office location

  • Mobile

  • Landline

  • E-mail

  • Birthday

  • Emergancy contact info

How to edit employees master data card

  1. Click "Setup admin"

  2. Click "Edit" next to the desired employee, or click "Add new employee"

  3. Open the sections "Employee data" and "Phone"

  4. From here you can edit alle the information that is displayed in the "People" page.

The people page is accessible from:

  • Mobile

  • The web-portal

  • Outlook addin.

Grant employees acces to the "People" page

It is possible to remove the "people" page for the employees.

It is also optional to share "Emergency contact" info via the page.

How to grant/remove acces to the "people" page:

  1. Click "Setup admin"

  2. Click "Modules"

  3. Click "notifications & Rules"

  4. Click "HR & People"

  5. Choose which information should be shared on the "people" page, and if employees should have acces to this page.

Should employees be able to edit their own master data?

It is possible to configure whether employees can edit their own personal data, or whether this should be maintained exclusively by the administration.

How to setup this setting:

  1. Click "Setup admin"

  2. Click "Modules"

  3. Click "Notifications & Rules"

  4. Click "HR & People"

  5. Configure the setting on this page

Reminder of birthdays to approver

Are birthdays shown in the Team calendar?

You can enable a feature that automatically sends a reminder to the approver two days before an employee's birthday or anniversary.

This setting is located on the same page as all the other reminder settings.
