This article describes how to remove users from the Microsoft SSO/provisioning integration with BitaBIZ.
BitaBIZ supports SSO/Provisioning integration with 1 Microsoft Entra ID tenant per BitaBIZ account
In the case where users are moved to another Microsoft Entra ID tenant, but where the users should still be active on your current BitaBIZ account, please follow the steps below to remove users from the SSO/Provisioning integration with BitaBIZ.
How to remove users from the Microsoft SSO/Provisioning integration with BitaBIZ

Step 2: Provision users from your current Microsoft Entra ID to BitaBIZ
π Login in to your current Microsoft Entra ID and navigate to your BitaBIZ enterprise application.
Go to the "Provisioning" section in your BitaBIZ enterprise application.

Step 4: Contact BitaBIZ
Contact BitaBIZ, who will then remove the users AD role on your BitaBIZ account.
Step 5: Activate users manually in BitaBIZ
π When BitaBIZ has removed the AD role on the users, you can now activate the users manually on your BitaBIZ account.
Log in to your BitaBIZ account

Please see this article on how to create a new BitaBIZ password.
