Please note that your ability to edit user data depends on your company's self-service setup.
This article describes editing in BitaBIZ. If some information can't be changed, it's usually due to your access settings.
Note:
Your BitaBIZ time zone must match the one set in your Outlook or Google calendar. Otherwise, your events won't be booked correctly.
Only your birthday is shared, not your birth year.
Your home address is not shared publicly. Only your administration can see it.
Emergency contact info is shared via the People page (your company may not share emergency contact info via the People page).
To use mileage reimbursement, you need to enter your vehicle's license plate number.

How do I change the language on my account?
You can easily switch your account language between Danish and English by following these steps:
Click MY SETTINGS & APPS
Select User Data
Choose your preferred language (Danish or English) from the dropdown list
Click Save
The change takes effect immediately and applies to your entire account.
Can all employees edit their user data?
Can all employees edit their user data?
It depends on your setup. Some companies allow employees to edit their user data via My Data & Apps → User Data, while others only let an administrator manage these fields.
If you can't edit the fields, an administrator needs to enable self-service access.
Once self-service is enabled, employees can edit things like home address, personal email, mobile number, vehicle registration number, and emergency contact.
