External partner for support access
Give external partners access to your account – free of charge and without creating them as employees.
The feature is used when an external partner needs to help temporarily or on an ongoing basis with:
Payroll export
Integrations
Setup
Support
Who can be an external partner?
An external partner can for example be:
Payroll partner – gets access to export to your payroll system
External IT vendor – gets access to set up and maintain integrations
BitaBIZ Support – gets access so we can provide faster and better support
Invite an external partner
Go to:
Setup Admin → Employees → External admin
Enter the email address of the external partner
Click Invite
An email is automatically sent with a link to create the user profile.
Once the invitation is accepted, the partner will appear on the list of external administrators.
Permissions for external administrators
External administrators:
Do not appear as employees
Are not shown in employee lists, the team calendar, or the People page
Are free of charge
They get access to:
Setup Admin
Payroll Admin
HR Statistics
The access is used only for administrative purposes.
Login for external partner
The external partner logs in via the link in the invitation email.
If the partner already has a BitaBIZ profile, your account will be linked to the existing user.
You can share the user guide with the partner if needed.
