How to log in as an external administrator
If you have received external administrator access to a BitaBIZ account, you can log in via Multi-account login.
This guide shows how to access the account.
Before logging in
You must have:
Received an email invitation
Accepted the invitation via the link in the email
Created your name and password
If you have not yet accepted the invitation, this must be done first.
How to log in
Go to the BitaBIZ login page
Enter your email and password
Check the “Multi-account admin” box
Click Login
⚠️ It is important to check “Multi-account admin”, otherwise you will not be able to access the account as an external administrator.
Access to multiple accounts
If you have been invited to multiple BitaBIZ accounts, they will appear in your Multi-account dashboard.
Click on the desired account to access it
You can switch between accounts via the dashboard
When you are logged in
When you select access to an account, you can work in the account using the roles HR Statistics, Payroll Admin, and Setup Admin.
When you are logged into an account, you will see the account’s logo, as shown below:
