Login to BitaBIZ

Login with single sign-on (SSO) or a manually created password

Written by Esben Hedegaard

BitaBIZ supports 2 login methods:

  1. Single sign-on (SSO)

  2. Manual password

Once you’ve logged in for the first time on your mobile app, you can enable biometric login. That way, you don’t have to bother entering and remembering your password for the BitaBIZ app on your phone. Read more here!

Single sign-on (SSO)

If your company has set up single sign-on, you log in to BitaBIZ using the username and password you use for your other company systems.

This applies to the mobile app, Teams app, and web portal.

If your password for your company systems changes, it will automatically change for BitaBIZ as well. You cannot change your password from BitaBIZ.

FAQ

I get the message "Incorrect username or password" when I try to log in to BitaBIZ with Single sign-on.

If you get the error message "Incorrect username or password" when logging in to BitaBIZ with Single sign-on, the reason is usually one of the following:

  1. Your company has not activated the Single sign-on integration on your BitaBIZ account. You should log in with your email and the password you created for BitaBIZ.

  2. You entered the wrong email address. Make sure you are logging in with the same email address you are registered with in BitaBIZ. Your BitaBIZ administrator can help you check this.

  3. To log in with Single sign-on, you need to click the "Single sign-on" button and enter your email address, then click.

  4. If you are a new employee, it may be because your IT department still needs to add your user profile to the Single sign-on integration in your Microsoft Active Directory. In this case, contact your IT department.

I get the message "Access denied!" when I try to log in to BitaBIZ with my own BitaBIZ password.

If you get the error message "Access denied!" when logging in to BitaBIZ with your own BitaBIZ password, the reason is usually one of the following:

  • You entered the wrong password

  • You entered the wrong email address. Make sure you are logging in with the same email address you are registered with in BitaBIZ. Your BitaBIZ administrator can help you check this.

If you can’t remember your password, you can create a new one.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

  1. Go to the BitaBIZ login page on the web portal or your mobile app.

  2. Click "Forgot password"

3. Enter your email/username and click "Send email"

4. BitaBIZ will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
Click the link in the email, or copy and paste it into your browser.

5. Enter your new password and click "Save password"

Important: If your company has enabled Single sign-on (SSO), you cannot change your password in BitaBIZ.
Instead, contact your IT department, who can help you reset or change your password.

I’m not receiving any email when I click "Forgot password?"

If you don’t receive an email after clicking "Forgot password" on the login page, try the following:

1. Check this first:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • If you use Outlook, also check your “Other” inbox

  • Check if your company’s email filter/firewall is blocking emails

    • If needed, add bitabiz.com as a safe domain

2. Test your email:

  • Go to the login page:

  • Click “Forgot password?”

  • Enter your email and click “Send”

3. If you still don’t receive anything

Possible reason:

  • You were added to BitaBIZ before your email was active

  • So the email may be blocked in the system

Solution:

Contact our online support and ask to speak to a human.

When you contact support, please provide the following:

  • Employee’s email

  • Error code: SG

I get an error when logging in with Single sign-on (SSO)

If you get an error such as:

  • “You can't get there from here”

  • “You can't get there from here”

  • “You can’t access this resource from this browser on your device”

  • “You can’t access this resource from this device”

  • “Access has been blocked by Conditional Access policies”

this is usually due to security policies in your organization’s login setup on Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD

What does the error mean?

The error occurs because your company has set up Conditional Access or App Protection Policies (for example, via Microsoft Intune), which require certain conditions for how and where you can log in.

Even if your login details are correct, access will be blocked if the login attempt doesn’t meet these security rules.

This could include requirements such as:

  • using a specific browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge)

  • logging in from an approved or managed device

  • the user being assigned to the correct access groups or policies

How do you fix it?

Contact your IT department and ask them to:

  • make sure the employee is added to the relevant access groups and policies

  • check the company’s Conditional Access / Intune policies

  • advise on the correct login method (e.g. using Microsoft Edge)

Good to know

  • The error comes from your organization’s security setup

  • Login is blocked by Microsoft, not BitaBIZ

  • BitaBIZ does not control these security policies

In short

  • Login is correct, but blocked by security policies

  • Browser, device, or access requirements may be the cause

  • Contact your IT department to get access
