Setup
1. Select the payroll system here:
Setup Admin → Integrations → Payroll systems and Absence reporting → Norway
Once the payroll system is selected, you need to fill out the payroll system's setup form.
2. Fill out the setup form here:
Payroll Admin → Export → Payroll export with period management → Click: Setup
On the setup form, select:
which registration types should be exported
absence codes
payroll item codes
If a payroll system requires specific information, the fields will appear on the setup form (e.g. company registration number).
Standard absence codes
When you select a payroll system in BitaBIZ, standard codes are automatically created for the "Setup form" if available. If the payroll system does not have standard codes, you must enter them yourself.
Always check that the codes are entered and match the setup in your payroll system under Payroll Admin → Export → Payroll export with period management → Click: Setup.
Multiple companies
If you have multiple companies on the same account, company-specific identifiers can be set up at the policy level.

No. You do not need to enter payroll to use our payroll system export. This also applies to your payroll system Danløn.
BitaBIZ is used for time registration, absence registration, and mileage registration. The registrations can be exported directly to your payroll system. This means that BitaBIZ can provide the basis for payroll calculation, but your payroll system Danløn handles the actual payroll payment including calculation according to rates and payroll rules.
