If your employees are being moved to a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant, and you have connected Single Sign-On and Provisioning in BitaBIZ, then you need to do the following depending on one of the scenarios below.

Scenario 1

Employees are moved to a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant and created with a new email address.

In this scenario, a new integration for Single Sign-On and Provisioning to BitaBIZ must be created on the new Microsoft tenant.

Do the following:

  1. Deactivate provisioning on the old Microsoft Tenant:
Open Azure Active Directory > click Enterprise applications > select the BitaBIZ enterprise application > click Provisioning > click Stop provisioning:

  2. Deactivate the Single Sign-On integration in BitaBIZ.
Click Setup admin > Integrations > deactivate Single Sign-On under the section “Microsoft Azure AD SSO”:

  3. Update employees’ new email addresses in BitaBIZ.
Click Setup admin > click Edit next to the employee’s profile > update the email address > click Save employee:

  4. Create a new integration for Single Sign-On and Provisioning on the new Microsoft tenant.

Scenario 2

Employees are moved to a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant and created with the same email address as on the previous Microsoft tenant.

In this scenario, a new integration for Single Sign-On and Provisioning to BitaBIZ must also be created on the new Microsoft tenant.

  3. Create a new integration for Single Sign-On and Provisioning on the new Microsoft tenant.
