Global notificationsetting for employee and approver

Messages

Should the approver receive a notification when an employee:

  • Creates a registration?

Should the employee receive a notification when an application is:

  • Approved?

  • Rejected?

  • Deleted?

These notifications can be activated like this:

  1. Click "Setup admin"

  2. Click "Modules"

  3. Click "Notifications & Rules"

  4. Click "Approver/employee"

  5. From here you can select this setting.

Settings for approver

The individual approver can choose to enable or disable notifications from their approver profile on the web portal and the mobile app, so they fit your specific preferences.

Example:

Enabling notifications for sick leave but disabling notifications for time registrations.

Employee: Approved time registrations

When a timesheet is approved, it typically includes registrations for a certain period.

In this case, it is recommended to disable the sending of emails for each approved time registration, otherwise will recieve an e-mail for each time registration that gets approved.

This setting is found here:

  1. Click "Setup admin"

  2. Click "Modules"

  3. Click "Notifications & Rules"

  4. Click "Approver/employee"

  5. From here you can select this setting.
