Should the approver receive a notification when an employee creates a registration?
Should the employee receive a notification when an application is approved, rejected, or deleted?
When this notification setting is enabled, both the approver and the employee are informed as part of the registration- and approverflow.
The individual approver can choose to enable or disable notifications from their approver profile on the web portal and the mobile app.
For example, enabling notifications for sick leave but disabling notifications for time registrations. Read more about the approver’s individual notification settings here.
Employee: Approved time registrations
When a timesheet is approved, it typically includes registrations for a certain period.
In this case, it is recommended to disable the sending of emails for each approved time registration.
