Notifications intended to support your payroll administration.
So that everything is registered and approved when the payroll export is to be processed.
Approver
There are 3 types of approval messages that can be activated:

Employee
Monthly follow-up for your employees via email, containing registered absence, overtime, and time off.
Select a fixed monthly date for sending the mail notification (typically just before the payroll run):
The follow-up is sent via email on the selected date.
Can be sent with or without an approver requirement.
The follow-up shows the employee's registrations during the period.
If the employee has not created any registrations, it simply says -- no registrations created--
If the employee is a manager, it says which applications need his/her approval.
If approver requirements are enabled, the employee will automatically receive a message every time he/she logs in if a period needs to be approved by the employee:
