Time registration - WITH hour Bank

From the time registration module - with hour bank, the actual working hours is updated in the report for:

  • Daily registered working time (flexitime)

  • Deviation registration (working time after deviations)

Report Filters:

1. Select content

2 & 3 Select data period

4. Apply filters

  1. Hours per week

  2. Employees

  • Days

  • Months

  • Quarters

  • Years

  • Type

  • Employees

  • Payroll no.

  • Policy

  • Department

  • Employee status

  • Registration status

  • Company & country

1. Content: Hours per Week

On this page, the following is displayed for a selected period:

  • The sum of actual working hours per employee per week.

  • The average working hours per employee per week.

ℹ️ This report is suitable for providing an overview of the EU's 48-hour rule.

Calculation of actual working Hours per week

The calculation of working hours depends on the method the employee uses to manage their working time.

FlexiTime

For daily working time registration (clock in/out), these registrations + any registered overtime on job codes contribute to the actual working hours.

Deviation Registration

The deviation registration method. Absence, time off, and overtime are used to calculate the actual working hours based on the subtraction/addition of standard time.

2. Content: Employees

On this page, the sum of actual working hours per employee for a selected period is displayed.

ℹ️ This report is suitable for providing an overview of a monthly or yearly standard time.

Click export to work with the search results in Excel.

❗When exporting to Excel: To avoid number conversion issues, select the same decimal separator for your BitaBIZ export as set up in your Excel.
