Edit Deviation by Number of Hours

My work hours are created automatically.

Written by Mathias Anneberg

Edit today's standard hours if there is a deviation

My daily work hours are automatically created on workdays at 9:00 AM.

I can edit my work hours as needed.

Work hours are not created on days off or days booked with leave:

  • sick day, child sick

  • vacation, other vacation, time off

  • other leave (parental leave, etc.)

  • public holidays, weekends, days off

💁 If you book a sick day or sick leave period before 9:00 AM, your work hours will not be created for that day.

💁 If you want to book a sick day after 9:00 AM (when your work hours are automatically created), you must first delete the work hours because leave and work hours cannot overlap!

Open your mobile app, Outlook app, or the web portal
