Our SSO integration works.
But a few users can not sign in using SSO

There are typically 2 reasons why SSO login can fail.

1. User isn't assigned to the BitaBIZ SSO application on your Azure AD

Did you configure the BitaBIZ SSO application on your Azure AD to block users unless they are specifically granted ('Assignment required') access to the BitaBIZ application?

User may be blocked because they are not a member of an AD group assigned to the BitaBIZ SSO application or directly assigned the SSO application on your Azure AD.

Solution to this problem:

Contact your IT Active Directory administrator who can assign the user access to the BitaBIZ SSO application on your Azure AD.

2. Multiple SSO account login on the same PC

BitaBIZ does currently not support more than one active SSO account login on the same PC.

Hence, if someone are sharing a PC. If one of the users did not logout of BitaBIZ. The other user(s) on the same PC will not be able to login.

Solution to this problem:

•Ask the active user to open BitaBIZ and click log out after use.

•If you don’t know which user is logged in. Clear the web browser cache or start a new window in incognito mode.

Both above will solve the problem.
