How to log in as an external administrator
If you have been granted external administrator access to a BitaBIZ account, you can log in using Multi-account login.
This guide will show you how to access it.
Before you log in
You need to have:
Received an email invitation
Accepted the invitation via the link in the email
Created your name and password
If you haven't accepted the invitation yet, you need to do that first.
How to log in
Go to the BitaBIZ login page
Enter your email and password
Check the box for “Multi-account admin”
Click Login
⚠️ It's important to check “Multi-account admin”, otherwise you won't get access as an external administrator.
Access to multiple accounts
If you have been invited to several BitaBIZ accounts, they will appear in your Multi-account dashboard.
Click on the account you want to access
You can switch between accounts from the dashboard
Once you're logged in
When you select an account, you can work on it using the roles HR Statistics, Payroll Admin, and Setup Admin.
When you're logged into an account, you'll see the account's logo as shown below:
