Biometric login
If you have activated biometric login on your mobile device, you can log in via this method to your BitaBIZ mobile app.
What is biometric login?
With biometric login activated, you can log in to your BitaBIZ mobile app without entering your username and password.
You are automatically logged in when you open the BitaBIZ app. Either via the Face ID or Fingerprint method.
The method you have to use depends on which mobile phone you have:
iPhone - Face ID
Android - Fingerprint
Activate Face ID for your BitaBIZ IOS (iPhone) app
Log in to your BitaBIZ IOS app with your username & password.
Click "My Settings" (your name).
Enable Biometric login.
ℹ️ BitaBIZ IOS app only supports Face ID login!
Activate Fingerprint for your BitaBIZ Android app
Log in to your BitaBIZ Android app with your username & password.
Click "My Settings" (your name).
Enable Biometric login.
