The other vacation is a flexible balance that can cover, for example, care days, the 6th week of vacation, other vacation days, or other company-specific days off—depending on how it is set up in your company.

In this guide, you can see how to request days from your other vacation.

How to request hours

You can request other vacation in hours via the mobile app, Outlook app, or the web portal.

1. Create a registration

  • Click “Add registration”

  • Select other vacation (or the name your company uses)

2. Select period

  • Enter start and end date

  • The system automatically calculates the number of days

The green balance box shows:

  • How many hours you have available

  • How many hours you are requesting

  • How many hours remain after the registration (remaining balance)

Request non-accrued days

It is not possible to request more days than you have accrued.

If you try:

  • A red balance box will be shown

  • The request cannot be completed
