Remaining balance for other vacation the entire year

The name of the balance, as seen by your employees, may have been changed from "Other vacation" to another term, such as "Care Days" or "6th Vacation Week."

In back-office statistics reports, the term "Other vacation" remains unchanged.

About the report

Overall overview of your employees' remaining other vacation balance in active vacation years and the previous vacation year.

An other vacation year is created for the report when a new period begins.

The other vacation balance consists of the following variables:

➡️ Remaining other vacation carried over from the previous vacation year
⬅️ Manual deductions
➡️ Manual additions
⬅️ Manual payouts of remaining days/hours
➡️ Accruals following the accrual rules attached to a policy
⬅️ Approved other vacation days/hours created in the vacation year

= REMAINING BALANCE

ℹ️ All employees across personnel groups and countries are displayed in the report. This means that the accrual period and accrual rules may vary from employee to employee in the report. Therefore, check the vacation year column if you have employees in multiple countries.
