You can add your BitaBIZ Team Calendar to Microsoft Outlook, Google cal or iCal.

When adding your BitaBIZ Team Calendar to your preferred calendar provider, you get a quick planning view of who is Out of Office - with out login to BitaBIZ.

How to set-up this integration?

From BitaBIZ

  1. Click here to access the page "My Settings and Apps" on the web-portal

  2. Copy the Calendar link (calendar URL) and follow the instructions below to your Outlook, Google cal or iCal.

From Microsoft Outlook

  • Open your Outlook calendar

  • Click "Add Calendar"

  • Navigate to "From Internet"

  • Insert the BitaBIZ calendar link (calendar URL)

  • Click "OK"


Your BitaBIZ team calendar is now created as a new calendar in your Outlook showing Out of Office status for your team in Outlook:


From Google cal

  1. Open your Google Calendar --> https://calendar.google.com/

  2. Click the plus next to Other calendars

  3. Click "From URL"

From iCal

  • Open your iCal

  • Click New Calendar Subscription

  • Enter the BitaBIZ Team Calendar URL
