You can add your BitaBIZ Team Calendar to Microsoft Outlook, Google cal or iCal.
When adding your BitaBIZ Team Calendar to your preferred calendar provider, you get a quick planning view of who is Out of Office - with out login to BitaBIZ.
How to set-up this integration?
From BitaBIZ
- Click here to access the page "My Settings and Apps" on the web-portal
- Copy the Calendar link (calendar URL) and follow the instructions below to your Outlook, Google cal or iCal.
From Microsoft Outlook
- Open your Outlook calendar
- Click "Add Calendar"
- Navigate to "From Internet"
- Insert the BitaBIZ calendar link (calendar URL)
- Click "OK"
Your BitaBIZ team calendar is now created as a new calendar in your Outlook showing Out of Office status for your team in Outlook:
From Google cal
- Open your Google Calendar --> https://calendar.google.com/
- Click the plus next to Other calendars
- Click "From URL"
- Paste the BitaBIZ calendar link (calendar URL)
- Click "Add calendar"
- Your calendar is now available for your Google account!
From iCal
- Open your iCal
- Click New Calendar Subscription
- Enter the BitaBIZ Team Calendar URL
- Click Subscribe
