You can add your BitaBIZ Team Calendar to Microsoft Outlook, Google cal or iCal.
When adding your BitaBIZ Team Calendar to your preferred calendar provider, you get a quick planning view of who is Out of Office - with out login to BitaBIZ.
How to set-up this integration?
From BitaBIZ
Click "My Settings and Apps" from the web-portal.
Copy the Calendar link (calendar URL) and follow the instructions below to your Outlook, Google cal or iCal.
From Microsoft Outlook
Open your Outlook calendar
Click "Add Calendar"
Navigate to "From Internet"
Insert the BitaBIZ calendar link (calendar URL)
Click "OK"
Your BitaBIZ team calendar is now created as a new calendar in your Outlook showing Out of Office status for your team in Outlook:

From Google cal
Open your Google Calendar --> https://calendar.google.com/
Click the plus next to Other calendars
Click "From URL"
Paste the BitaBIZ calendar link (calendar URL)
Click "Add calendar"
Your calendar is now available for your Google account!
From iCal
Open your iCal
Click New Calendar Subscription
Enter the BitaBIZ Team Calendar URL
Click Subscribe
