Vacation can only be taken as it is accrued – how it works
If your company has chosen that vacation can only be taken as it is accrued, it means that you cannot take vacation in advance.
If you can only take the days you have already accrued, you handle it as follows:
How to request accrued vacation days
Open BitaBIZ in the mobile app, Outlook app, or web portal.

The green balance box shows:

Request non-accrued days
It is not possible to request more days than you have accrued.
The red balance box shows how many days you are requesting in excess, as it is not possible to request non-accrued vacation days. |

Your vacation statistics
Even though you can only take accrued vacation, you can still plan ahead.
The vacation statistics help you understand how your balance develops:
It shows your accrued days per month
It takes both past and future vacation bookings into account
It provides an overview of how many days you have available in a given month
It is always the available balance that determines how many vacation days you can request in a given month.
Remaining vacation (Danish policies only)
If your company follows the Danish Holiday Act:
The remaining vacation indicator shows the vacation days you have not yet used and that remain at the end of the vacation year
These days can be used until 31/12
In the period 1/9 – 31/12, vacation days in the calendar may be:
newly accrued vacation
or remaining vacation from the previous vacation year
