Working from Home, Private Appointment, Seminar, Travel, Own Paid Day Off, and More

I must share when I work from home, attend a seminar, have a private appointment, or am on a business trip, etc.

Sharing and/or Applying for Out-of-Office Status

This guide shows you how to create and edit registrations with a special attendance status for planning purposes (e.g., a shift, work-from-home day, or activity on a specific day).

Create a Registration

From your mobile app, Outlook app, or the web portal, you can click "New registration":

  1. Select Planning & Out of Office in the main menu
This name may be different depending on your company's setup

  2. Select Type: working from home, own paid day off, shift, private appointment, etc.

  3. Select start and end time

Depending on the registration type, it will be recorded in either days or hours

  4. Click Save

If you want to create a registration that repeats automatically (e.g., regular shifts every week or fixed days off), you should use recurring registrations.

Editing a Registration

A planned registration of this type (e.g., a shift or appointment) cannot be edited once it has been created. If you need to make changes, you must delete the "incorrect" registration before creating a new one:

  1. Go to your calendar

  2. Click on the registration

  3. Delete the registration

  4. Create the registration again with the desired information

Statistics

Once your out-of-office status is approved (if approval is required), your registrations will be updated in your statistics. The statistics are available from the mobile app, Outlook, and the web portal.

Please note that days registered on weekends are included in the statistics
