BitaBIZ online support will always respond to your request.
• If you have questions with regards to the functionality of BitaBIZ then Online support is your road to a quick answer.
• If you have registered wrongly or too late and do not have permission to request add/delete, then kindly contact your superior who will be able to help you.
• If you believe the system has given you a too low/high amount of vacation days etc., then kindly contact your HR department who will investigate and adjust accordingly.
