Manage how and when BitaBIZ sent notifications

Global notification settings

Direct notifications:

  • When employees register events the manager is notified.

  • When the manager approves or reject requests notifications are sent to the employee.


Direct notifications may be activated or deactivate to your company account.
Click Setup Admin -> Notifications:




Monthly e-mail follow-up

On a selected date a monthly e-mail follow-up may be activated to your BitaBIZ account. The status e-mail is sent to all users on your BitaBIZ account.
Click Setup Admin -> Notifications:

Manager notifications

The Manager may activate or deactivate e-mail notifications on the event type level.
Click Approve -> Notifications:


Other notifications

Your company may deliver notifications via a Slack channel, MS Teams channel or a shared Out of Office calendar in Outlook, Google Cal or iCal.
