Go to Setup admin > Procedures

  1. Choose a text that will be the link to the document, then mark the text.

  2. Click the Insert/Edit botton.

  3. Link URL: Insert the link to the document. Target: Select if the link should open in a new browser window. Title: Insert the text that will be shown when you hover the mouse over the text link. Finally click Insert.

  4. Click Save.
