How to add "In case of emergency contact" information

Both the employee and Setup Admin can create the contact information "In case of emergency contact".

The "In case of emergency contact" number is not shared by default with colleagues.

Only with the employee himself or users with Setup Admin role.

To make "In case of emergency contact" visible to everyone under the People menu:

Click: Setup admin -> Modules-> Notifications & Rules -> HR & People -> Mark "Set "In case of emergency" phone number visible in People (Phonebook)" with a check mark.

Employees, who have "In case of emergency" contact information filled in on their BitaBIZ profile, will have an ambulance icon added under People.
