Both the employee and the system administrator can create the contact information "In case of emergency contact".

The "In case of emergency contact" number is not shared by default with colleagues. Only with the employee himself or the system administrator.

To make "In case of emergency contact" visible to everyone under the People menu:

Click: Setup admin -> Company -> GDPR Compliance settings -> Mark "Set "In case of emergency" phone number visible in People and click Save.

Employees, who have "In case of emergency" have contact information filled in on their BitaBIZ profile will have an ambulance icon added under People.
