Use BitaBIZ directly from Teams & Outlook

BitaBIZ can be installed on both Teams and Outlook, for both your PC and mobile devices.

There are slight differences in how you install BitaBIZ for Teams and Outlook. The guides below will walk you through installing for both Teams and Outlook.

Note: Your IT department may have already installed the app for your Teams or Outlook!

BitaBIZ app for Microsoft Teams

The BitaBIZ app can be added to Microsoft Teams, so you can register your time and absence directly from Teams.

Add BitaBIZ to Teams on your computer

Here's how to add BitaBIZ to Teams.

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.

  2. Click on Apps in the menu on the left.

  3. Search for BitaBIZ in the search field.

  4. Click on the BitaBIZ app and then Add to install it.

  5. Once the app is added, you can open it directly from Teams.

If you can't find the app right away, go to Apps and select either Manage your apps or Get more apps, depending on your Teams version.

Pin BitaBIZ in Teams on your computer

To make BitaBIZ easy to find in the future, you can pin it in Teams.

Find the BitaBIZ icon on the left side of Teams. Right-click it and select Pin.

If the app doesn't appear, click View more apps. Right-click on BitaBIZ here and select Pin.

Once the app is pinned, it will be visible in the left menu. You can also drag the icon up or down to change the order.

Add BitaBIZ to Teams on mobile

  1. Open Microsoft Teams on your mobile device.

  2. Go to Apps or More, depending on your version.

  3. Select Add app

  4. Search for BitaBIZ and select it

  5. Tap Add.

  6. Open the app from the Teams menu.

BitaBIZ app for Microsoft Outlook

The BitaBIZ app can be added to Microsoft Outlook, so you can register time and absence directly from Outlook.

Add BitaBIZ to Outlook on your computer

Here's how to add BitaBIZ to Outlook.

  1. Open your Outlook.

  2. Click on More Apps in the menu on the left and select Add apps.​

  3. Search for BitaBIZ in the search field and click on the BitaBIZ app ​

  4. Click Add​

  5. Once the app is added, you can open it directly from your Outlook.

If you can't find the app right away, go to More Apps and search for BitaBIZ

Pin BitaBIZ in Outlook on your computer

To make BitaBIZ easy to find in the future, you can pin it in Outlook.

Find the BitaBIZ icon on the left side of Outlook. Right-click it and select Pin.

If the app doesn't appear, click More apps. Right-click on BitaBIZ here and select Pin.

Once the app is pinned, it will be visible in the left menu.
