If you experience problems, it may be due to:
Poor internet connection
Camera/QR scan not working
The QR code is damaged or unreadable
Try this:
Check that your phone has internet access
Make sure you have a good distance and turn up the brightness on your phone
Contact your manager or support if the issue continues

No, you can only use QR check-in and out at the workplace.
If you have registered working from home in your work calendar, the BitaBIZ app will automatically be set to manual time registration and you can check in and out with manual time registration via the BitaBIZ app or on your computer.

Yes, you need to check in and out every workday when you are physically at the workplace.

Contact your manager or your HR/Payroll, who can check you out. Remember to provide the time you need to be checked out. Do this as soon as possible so it can be corrected.

You cannot edit your own time registration when you check in and out with the QR code at the workplace.
If there is an error in your check-in, you need to contact your manager so it can be corrected.

If your company has activated QR check-in/out for you, but the QR icon does not appear, log out of the app and log in again to update the setting.
After this, the QR icon will appear and you can check in via the “Check in” button in your mobile app.
You should not select “Create registration”.

If you can't see a “Check out” button, it's usually because your time registration method has been changed.
When you no longer have a registration method with check-in/out (for example, if your company has changed the method in your policy), the button to check out will disappear – even if you previously checked in.
This means:
You can't check out yourself because the function is no longer active on your profile
This applies both in the app and on the web
What should you do?
Contact your manager or administrator, who can register your end time manually or correct your registration
If the change happened while you were checked in, it's not a bug – it's a result of the change in setup.
