Our SSO integration works.
But a few users can not sign in using SSO

The user is not assigned to the required AD "BitaBIZ" GROUP

Did your configured the BitaBIZ SSO application to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the BitaBIZ application?

The user may be blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access to the BitaBIZ SSO application, or have access directly assigned.

Solution to this problem:

Contact your IT Active Directory administrator who can assign the user access to the BitaBIZ SSO application GROUP or assign DIRECT ACCESS.

Multiple SSO account login on the same PC

BitaBIZ does currently not support more than one active SSO account login on the same PC.

Hence, if someone are sharing a PC. If one of the users did not logout of BitaBIZ. The other user(s) on the same PC will not be able to login.

Solution to this problem:

•Ask the active user to open BitaBIZ and click log out after use.

•If you don’t know which user is logged in. Clear the webbrowser cache or start a new window in incognito mode.

Both above will solve the problem.
