Access to company resources managed by Conditional access and compliance policies created in Azure/Intune
This article is relevant for companies that has activated BitaBIZ SSO integration to Microsoft Azure Active Directory. And are using:
Intune to manage mobile devices using compliance policies.
Condtional Access policies in Azure AD to restrict access to company resources
When SSO integration is created to your BitaBIZ account. Login authentication is now managed from your Azure AD.
SSO login may be restricted for devices not compliant with your companies additional access and compliance policies setup in Azure/Intune.
Hence, your conditional access policies may block employess from using their BitaBIZ app from their mobile phone.
