1. Please, create a new mailbox user in Office 365 or use existing mailbox user. Call the new mailbox for example [email protected]
  2. TIP: Avoid using real employee mailboxes for delegation. Employees come and go
  3. In PowerShell run this script on all employees that should be delegated: ¬†add-mailboxfolderPermission "[email protected]:\Calendar" -user [email protected] -AccessRights Author
  4. Login to BitaBIZ
  5. Navigate to ADMIN SETUP > Microsoft >  Microsoft Exchange Integration.


6. Select Office 365 as Exchange version and Delegation as integration method
7. Enter the account credentials for the delegation user that you created in step 1
8. Click Save Exchange setup (passwords are encrypted in our databases)
