Group Registration
Use group registration to create vacation for a group of employees. For example, one or more departments or policies.
Group registration is particularly useful if your company has official closing days where employees are required to use vacation days.
Click: Group Registration from the Payroll Admin -> Team Calendar:
Step 1: Select registration type and filter type
a. Choose whether to book vacation or other vacation.
b. Select the filter to be used for booking a group:

Departments
Step 2: Target the filter
Adjust the selected filter to targeted the desired group of employees to book:
π Click in the field to type your search or select from the dropdown.
Step 3: Select the period
Select the day or period to be booked.
Click: Submit.

Step 4: Result
The group registration process begins:
The "Not booked" tab
There may be employees who are not booked. This could be because the employee has already requested vacation or doesn't have enough vacation days to be booked.
Click the "Not booked" tab to see who was not booked and the reason:
π Click Export log if you need to follow up with employees who weren't booked:

This tab shows the employees who were successfully booked:

Did you book the registration on the wrong day?
Click on one of the registrations you've created to delete the entire group registration:
