Statistics Denmark (DST) receives absence statistics directly from BitaBIZ via a CSV file.

This guide describes how to set up the DST integration.

This article only covers the specific settings that apply to Statistics Denmark.

Click:

Setup Admin → Employees → Edit employee

Open the tab:

Payroll number

Enter the employee's CPR number in the field:

Employee number

ℹ️ The CPR number must be entered without a hyphen.

Click:

Setup Admin → Modules → Policies

Open the relevant policy.

Under: Working week

enter the employees' standard hours per day.

ℹ️ Standard hours are used when calculating absence statistics.

Click:

Payroll Admin → Export → Payroll export with period management

Select: DST

Then click: Setup

Enter:

for the company that needs to be reported in the setup form.

If the company has several P numbers, these can be registered at the department level.

Click:

Setup Admin → Departments → Edit department

Enter the department's P number.

ℹ️ If no P number is specified for the department, the P number entered in the DST setup will be used.

If you are exporting for multiple companies, the CVR number in the DST setup must match the company you are exporting for.

Select the absence types to be exported.

Then enter the relevant DST code directly in the setup form or on the event type where the code is created.

Standard DST codes

Once the DST integration is set up, absence data can be exported using the regular export function in BitaBIZ.
