Absence data can be exported directly to the Confederation of Danish Employers via CSV file.
Setup Guide:
1. Employee's CPR number and Employee number
Click: Setup Admin > Employees > open the employee's master data via the "Edit" button.
Click on the "Payroll number" tab:
Enter the CPR number in the "Employee number" field
Enter the Employee number in the "Payroll number (for payroll file)" field
Note: The CPR number must be entered without a hyphen as shown below.
2. Standard hours
Click: Setup Admin > Modules > Policies > Open the specific policy > Working week > enter hours per day.
3. Set up the Confederation of Danish Employers export file
Click: Payroll Admin > Export > Payroll export with period control > select "DA" from the "Select report" list
Click: Setup:
A. Enter CVR number & p-number for the export you wish to create.
Does your company have multiple p-numbers?
If your company has multiple p-numbers, the p-number can be entered at the department level.
Click: Setup admin > Departments > click "Edit" next to the department > enter the p-number:
ℹ️ If no p-number is entered at the department level, the p-number entered under Setup will be used in the export.
💁 If your company has multiple companies, change the CVR number in the Setup form to match the company you are exporting for.
B. Select event types to be included in the export and enter the DA codes for the event types directly in the form or where the event type is created.
Event types to be exported to the Confederation of Danish Employers from BitaBIZ:

4. Create export
Select the relevant calendar year.
Select the companies / employees to be included in the report.
