Get an overview of your team’s absence and balances

What is the statistics page?

The Statistics page provides you, as an approver, with a quick and visual overview of key figures for your team – such as vacation, sickness, and hour bank.

Navigate to the Statistics page under your approver role in: Approve & post registrations → Statistics

You can use the page to:

  • Track trends in absence

  • View balance status across employees

  • Get an overall overview of your team

The statistics are designed for overview purposes—not for detailed analysis or export.

For detailed follow-up and balance calculations, please contact a colleague with one of the following roles:

  • Payroll adminCalendar access (analysis and reconciliation of balances)

  • HR StatisticsReport library (export and key figures)

What can you see on the Statistics page?

On the Statistics page, you can view:

  • Remaining vacation and remaining additional leave balance

  • Number of sick days and child sick days

  • Hour bank balances

  • Other relevant key figures for your team

Data is displayed in aggregate across employees, allowing you to quickly get an overview.

When should you use the Statistics page?

The Statistics page is useful when you want to:

  • Get a quick overview of your team

  • Track developments in team balances

It is not intended for reviewing detailed data for individual employees. Instead, use employee calendar access if you need to see details such as absence distribution.

Please contact a colleague with administrator access who can reconcile balances or extract reports for reconciliation.

The statistics display balances based on the vacation and additional leave balance years applicable to each country.

Vacation and usage periods may therefore vary from country to country.

Can I export data from the Statistics page?

No. Data export is done via reports, which are managed by an administrator.

When should I use the Statistics page – and when should I not?

You should use the Statistics page when you want a quick overview of your team’s absence and balances – such as vacation, sickness, and hour bank.

You should not use the Statistics page if you need:

  • Details for a specific employee (use Employee calendar access instead)

  • To reconcile or verify balances (contact an administrator)

  • To export data for reports or payroll (contact an administrator)
