3. The employee overview.

The employee overview breaks down the number of Project and Absence Hours registered for a specific period on an employee level. It also provides Capacity Status, where project managers can analyze if a specific employee is performing as he should, close to his maximum project hours or not performing.

The Capacity Status gives a quick way to understand the performance of the employee. Is the employee working as he should? Is he working less? The capacity status is displayed in three different ways, depending on the status of the employee:

  • The employee still has remaining capacity.
  • The employee is close to his full capacity.
  • The employee is over his full capacity.

2. Hours Breakdown

The Hours Breakdown report is built similarly to the Team Capacity report but is on a project level, breaking down the number of hours spent on a specific project. The report has three levels:

  1. The filters
  2. The main panel
  3. The project overview

3. The project overview

The project overview provides statistical information about each project and/or an absence type that has been selected in the filters. Project managers can get a quick understanding of how the hours have been allocated for each project or absence type.

Which project has taken the longest time? Which hasn't? What project is the team spending their most hours on? Is there an absence type that is being used more frequently than others?
