Approver notifications
As an approver, you can receive notifications when employees create registrations that require your approval β such as vacation, sickness, or working time.
You can choose:
Whether you want to receive notifications
Which types of registrations you want to be notified about
This helps you keep your approval list up to date.
It may be useful to adjust your notifications if:
You are not receiving notifications when employees create registrations
You are receiving too many notifications and want to limit them
You only want notifications for specific types (e.g. vacation or sickness)
How to set up notifications
Via the web portal
You can configure your notifications under: Approve & post registrations β SMS/Email notifications
Here, you can select the registration types you want to receive notifications for by ticking the relevant boxes.
Remember to click Save after making changes.
Via the mobile app
On the home screen of the mobile app, select Approve in the top right corner. Then click the bell icon in the top right corner.
Tick the registration types you want to receive notifications for.
Remember to click Save after making changes.

Mileage
Custom registration types
For example, working from home
Please note that it is the configuration of the registration type that determines whether it requires approval. This is managed by administrators.
