Automatic follow-up with your employees
Click: Setup Admin > Modules > Notifications & rules > Payroll administration
Choose scheduled send date (usually just before payroll processing):
The follow-up is sent by email on the selected date.
Can be sent with or without approval requirements.
The follow-up shows the employee’s registrations for the period.
If the employee hasn’t created any registrations, it will simply say -- no registrations created --
If the employee is a manager, it will show which requests are still waiting for their approval.
If approval requirements are enabled, the employee will automatically receive a message every time they log in if there’s a period that still needs their approval:
