Need support for BitaBIZ?

Online support is available to all BitaBIZ users—directly from both web and mobile!

First line: BitaBIZ AI Support

When you start a chat in Online support, you'll first be asked to choose what your inquiry is about:


1️⃣ I need support

2️⃣ I want to report a technical issue
3️⃣ I have a request for a new feature

  • Bugs and feature requests are sent directly to our support team—a real person will help you here.

  • Questions are handled by our BitaBIZ AI Assistant, who can help you with answers about features, setup, and using BitaBIZ.

💁 You can type “Talk to a human” at any time if you want to be connected to a team member.

How to contact our support

👉 Via web:

  • Log in to your BitaBIZ account. Click here to log in!

  • Click the "Online support" icon in the top right corner:

  • Click "Send us a message".

👉 Via mobile app:

  • Log in as usual.

  • Go to: My settings > Online support:

  • Click "Send us a message".

💁 We're ready to help you in real time. Our usual response time for personal support is within 15 minutes on weekdays between 9 AM and 4 PM.
