BitaBIZ support SAML 2.0. CA technologies support SAML 2.0 as the method to activate single sign on to company resources like BitaBIZ.
Guide to set-up SSO to your BitaBIZ account using CA technologies.
Login to your CA account.
Click 'APPS'
Click 'Add App'
Click 'Create a SAML SSO app'
Add 'BitaBIZ' as a new app
Click Continue
1. Click Enter Metadata Manually
2. Login to your BitaBIZ account and go to Setup admin > SAML 2.0 > SAML 2.0 SSO
3. Copy IDP Login URL and insert into BitaBIZ Identity Provider Single Sign-On Service URL
4. Copy Issuer and insert into BitaBIZ Identity Provider Issuer URL
5. Download certificate, open in notepad, copy the content and insert into bitabiz Signing Certificate (Base 64 encoded)
6. In BitaBIZ select SSO enabled and save the configuration
Click Continue
1. Click Enter Metadata Manually
2. Login to your BitaBIZ account and go to Setup admin > SAML 2.0 > SAML 2.0 SSO
3. Insert Assertion Consumer Service URL from BitaBIZ into Assertion Consumer Service URL
4. Insert Entity ID from BitaBIZ into Entity ID
5. Choose Email Address as Name ID Format
6. Click continue
1. Select User Attribute as Type
2. Select Primary Email as Value
3. Click Continue
1. You can test login or
2. Click Finish
