Swiss payroll systems that can be activated

This article applies to Swiss payroll systems.

Follow the standard setup in BitaBIZ to activate a Swiss payroll system from the list below.

These payroll systems follow the standard setup described in the standard guide:

  • Abacus Payroll

  • Infoniqa Payroll

  • SAP

  • SwissSalary

Setup

1. Select the payroll system here:

Setup Admin → Integrations → Payroll systems and Absence reporting → Switzerland

Once the payroll system is selected, you need to fill out the payroll system's setup form.

2. Fill out the setup form here:

Payroll Admin → Export → Payroll export with period management → Click: Setup

On the setup form, select:

  • which registration types to export

  • absence codes

  • payroll item codes

If a payroll system requires specific information, the fields will appear on the setup form (e.g. company registration number).

Standard absence codes

When you select a payroll system in BitaBIZ, standard codes are automatically created for the "Setup form" if available. If the payroll system does not have standard codes, you will need to enter them manually.

Always check that the codes are entered and match the setup in your payroll system under Payroll Admin → Export → Payroll export with period management → Click: Setup.

Multiple companies

If you have multiple companies on the same account, company-specific identifiers can be set up at the policy level.
