Split Payroll Systems

This article describes special considerations for payroll systems that are split into separate export types for absence and payroll items.
Which payroll systems are split?
The following payroll systems are split into absence and payroll items:
Lessor
Epos (Azets)
KMD Perspektiv
Setup
When selecting the payroll system under:
Setup Admin → Integrations → Payroll systems and Absence reporting
both the absence file and the payroll items file must be activated:
Example:
Lessor (absence)
Lessor (payroll items)
or
KMD Perspektiv (absence)
KMD Perspektiv (payroll items)
Then fill out the setup form for both payroll files.
Important about custom registration types
Custom registration types are exported together.
It is not possible to export individual custom registration types to different payroll files.
If you use a payroll system with separate absence and payroll items files, custom registration types should therefore only be used for either:
absence
or
payroll items
not both.
Other leave or Custom registration types?
Use Other leave if:
the leave is registered in whole or half days
Use Custom registration types if:
the leave is registered in hours
Standard absence codes
When you select a payroll system in BitaBIZ, standard codes are created automatically.
Always check that the codes match the setup in your payroll system.
