Floating vacation setup guide

 

Click: Setup Admin > Leave & absence > Create new salary agreement

1. Give the salary agreement a name
2. Select the vacation year
3. Add the number of vacation days available to the plan
4. If relevant add paid holidays to the plan
5. Convert "Other vacation" to Floating vacation

  • add the number of Floating vacation days available 
  • Most importantly! change the default label to Floating vacation
  • Please note. When you change the label to Floating vacation. This will change "Other vacation" to Floating vacation. But in back office (Payroll Admin role) the name other vacation is still used.  

5. How the setup will look for your employees when "Other vacation" is converted to Floating vacation
